At Milestone Therapy, we bring our Home Therapy services directly to you through Indiana First Steps and Illinois Early Intervention. For infants and toddlers from birth to age three who need a little extra support, our caring therapists provide personalized guidance in the places your child feels most comfortable–at home, in daycare, or within your daily routines.
How to get started?
To begin home-based medical therapy services (Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Developmental Therapy), caregivers must first make a referral through their state’s Early Intervention program.

What happens next?
After submitting a referral through your state’s Early Intervention program, a Service Coordinator partners with your family to guide you through the Home Therapy process.
Your child receives thoughtful evaluations to better understand how to support their development.
If your child is eligible, services are approved to support their growth.
The Service Coordinator will inquire if Milestone Therapy has an available therapy provider for services.
Therapy begins in your home, supporting your child in the place they feel most comfortable.
