Do you want to help a child between the ages of 0-3 years overcome developmental delays and teach them skills they’ll need for preschool? Milestone is looking for a full or part-time Developmental Therapist for Home Therapy Services to partner with the First Steps program.

Milestone is a multidisciplinary (Physical, Occupational, Speech, ABA) Pediatric Therapy Provider that utilizes Evidence Based Best Practices in each setting we offer services in – Outpatient Clinic, Schools, and the Patient’s Home. Milestone’s structure is centered around accountability, communication, collective problem-solving, and more!
The position of First Steps Developmental Therapist has a primary responsibility for promoting development in infants, toddlers and children within their natural environment. This includes, but is not limited to, designing learning environments and activities to promote development across all domains: cognitive; physical; communication; social/emotional; and adaptive.
Qualifications for Developmental Therapist:
Indiana/Illinois Early Intervention/or other State credentials preferred or willingness to obtain
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, special education, elementary education, developmental psychology or related fields
One year of experience servicing the pediatric population 0-3 years old is preferred
