ELIZABETH
Elizabeth is so thrilled to be a part of the Milestone Therapy family as an Occupational Therapist. She grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and received her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health; Occupational Therapy from the University of Tampa in 2016. She recently graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Occupational Therapy. She is excited to implement my passion and extensive knowledge of sensory processing challenges and see her clients grow and succeed through the use of sensory strategies, adaptations and assistive technology. She believes in relationship-based approaches that embrace individual differences to help children engage and participate in complex ways.
At her core, she is a developmentalist who is ready to play, learn, and work with children, families, and teachers to hone their strengths and adapt to challenges. When she is not working, you can find her quoting ALL the lines from the Harry Potter movie series, thrifting for hidden treasures, and spoiling her niece and nephew!
