Joal graduated from Purdue University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Biomechanics and is currently working on his Masters of Science in Psychology, also from Purdue University. Since completing his undergrad, Joal has worked in a variety of settings helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
He joined Milestone Therapy in 2024, bringing his passion for helping others and experience with program building with him. When not at work, Joal enjoys coaching youth sports and spending time traveling and going to different events with his son.
