Susan began working in applied behavior analysis (aba) in 2017 when she became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Her experience was in-clinic and after one year, she became the in-clinic ABA Trainer for all clinical employees pursuing RBT certification which included teaching ABA and preparing them to sit for board exams. In 2019, she became certified as a Safety Care Trainer training and credentialing clinical staff. S
he has over 10 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) working in clinical, school, and home settings. She’s an animal lover and volunteers at the Humane Society with her spouse in their free time. Her favorites are traveling, being outdoors, going to the beach, spending time with friends/family/fur babies, and summertime adventures.
