Deb decided to pursue a career in pediatric physical therapy after realizing she wanted a profession where she could make a positive impact in the life of a child and their family. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, with an emphasis in childhood development and behavior. While attending the physical therapy program at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Deb completed a 3-month clinical rotation in a pediatric setting and she was hooked, quickly realizing that the pediatric population was her passion!
She has been at Milestone Therapy since 2012 and has worked with kids of all ages, ranging from 6 months to 18 years old in their home and in the school setting. Each day is a challenging and rewarding experience helping each child reach their maximum potential and becoming the awesome person they are meant to be! Fun fact: Despite a small fear of heights, the first roller coaster she ever rode on was the American Eagle at Six Flags Great America, going backward! Instant regret 🙂
