Behavioral Services Manager
Aimee is our newest ABA Behavioral Manager and is so happy to be part of this passionate and skilled team. Aimee graduated from Southern Illinois University (Go Salukis!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management. She started her career at University of Chicago Medicine and while there, earned her Masters degree in Health Care Administration from the University of St. Francis. She had many roles at UChicago including at the Medical Center and the University.
She has worked in areas that include student wellness, operational planning, project management, patient & employee engagement/experience, cancer services, OBGYN, call centers, PT/OT/Cardiac Rehab and with lots of people, departments and teams in between. She is passionate about mental health, community, and promoting a positive culture in the workplace. After 19 years at UChicago, it was time for a change.
In her free time, Aimee is studying (and practicing) yoga for her RYT500 teacher certification, weight lifting, is the Treasurer of her town’s Park District Board and doing anything sports/movie/trail hiking related with her son and pitbull/boxer mutt, Chance (aka Pants, Chancer, Chancy, Little Boy, etc.).
