Laura has worked in pediatrics since her graduation from the physical therapy program at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1989. She has worked in a variety of pediatric settings including the school system, home health, an early intervention center, an inpatient rehabilitation center, outpatient facilities, and inpatient facilities. Over time she found that her passion lay in working with young children and their families in their home environment, and the early intervention system provided this unique and rewarding opportunity.
Laura joined Milestone Therapy in the summer of 2011, servicing Kankakee and surrounding towns, and plans on doing so for a long time to come. Her fun fact is that she loves all that is Disney! Her favorite character is Winnie the Pooh.
