TJ graduated from Central Michigan University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree in communications and a business minor. She started her career in advertising sales and then moved to recruiting. She is passionate about sourcing for diverse candidates and finding the perfect fit where that candidate feels they have found a “home.” Getting to work alongside kids in a recruiting role brings a smile to her face every day! Fun fact: She has 3 handsome sons, 2 perfect grandsons and 1 slightly dippy dog named Zoey. She adores them all!
