Physical Therapist
Allie graduated from Elmhurst University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. She continued her education at Midwestern University and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In college, Allie worked at Easter Seals as a physical therapy tech in the aquatic setting. After seeing what amazing progress the kids made, her love for working with kids grew. During her graduate-level education, she completed a 10-week clinical rotation at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in the pediatric inpatient unit with a focus on neurologic and orthopedic conditions. She started her career in Alabama in the acute care setting working in the Intensive Care Units with a focus on COVID patients.
After two years in Alabama, she moved back to the Midwest to be closer to her family. She also wanted to switch gears and pursue her passion in pediatrics. Allie is excited to be part of Milestone to provide individualized and interdisciplinary care to kids and families to create progress and reach their goals.
Allie enjoys spending outside time with her family out by her pool and at her family’s lake house in Michigan.
