Alycia graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration and earned a certification in Human Resources Management. She then pursued further education at Purdue University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Alycia started her career in healthcare over 15 years ago in long-term nursing where her passion for helping others grew. While her passion was healthcare she found a love for the employee side of healthcare and made the switch from patient care to human resources in 2018.
In Alycia’s free time, you will see her with her nose buried in a book or riding her motorcycle on county roads.
