Annemarie began working with young children in 2009 in childcare. She attended the Open University in the UK, graduating with a BA in Childhood and Youth Studies in 2017. After moving to the US, she continued working with young children in childcare and during that time has worked with a variety of children with special needs and developmental delays.
Annemarie enjoys working with children because she loves seeing them achieve new things and helping them develop to their full potential. She finds a special joy in sharing their excitement and sense of discovery. Annemarie decided to put her experience to good use and pursue a career working full time with young children with developmental delays.
In her spare time, Annemarie enjoys reading, crocheting and being outdoors. She once spent a summer hiking part of the Appalachian trail and stumbled upon a Momma black bear!
