Lesli has her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and began her career with Milestone Therapy in 2008. Throughout her journey here, Lesli has worked in the schools, as well as early intervention and the clinics. She realized that her passion truly lies within the school setting, which has now led her to her current role at the company, Director of School Services. She enjoys working hand in hand with close to 30 districts, many of which she has worked at over the years as a therapist. She is lucky to also work alongside many Speech, OT, PT and ABA therapists that share her passion for unlocking life’s potential for their students across the South Suburbs of Illinois and Northwest Indiana. Although she spends the majority of her time leading her department, she still steps in to help with the treatment side as well when she can.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being a “Dance Mom” to her daughter Alyssa.
