Physical Therapist Assistant
Sharon graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Southwestern Illinois College in 2002 with an Associate in Applied Science degree. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In 2003, she began working in a skilled nursing facility where she stayed for 12 years and managed the department for 11 of those years. In 2016, Sharon wanted to expand her knowledge and experience and joined a pediatric home health company in Missouri. There she found her love for working with the pediatric population. In 2017, she joined the Milestone family servicing Southern Illinois. She finds working with children to be the most rewarding career and enjoys the connections she makes with her families. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. A fun fact about Sharon is that she has an identical twin sister that is also a physical therapist assistant!
