Milestone Therapy is seeking one additional full-time BCBA Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our crew in Northwest Indiana at our Highland and Merrillville clinics.  Walk into a full caseload to manage, complete with your own group of RBTs who know these families well, and are committed to their well-being!

If selected, you will manage and develop a balanced schedule between clinic-based work and home care for children diagnosed with autism. This will allow you to help families with a variety of impairments from ages 2-10 years old.

The BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides a range of applied behavior analysis for children with autism disorders and related disabilities. The BCBA conducts behavioral evaluations and implements treatment plans for patients and continually evaluates the effectiveness of the designed plan. Administer, conduct, evaluate and supervise implementation of behavioral test measures and functional test measures. Develop individualized goals and objectives for home-based, community-based, and center-based programs and design behavior plans based on functional tests.

Qualified BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst candidates will have the following skills:

• Be able to administer test measures
• Develop goals and objectives for home-based, community-based, and center-based programs and design behavior plans based on functional tests
• Teach your RBTs clinical programs and plans, data collection and reporting systems
• Familiarity with Catalyst and/or other electronic means of data gathering
• The ability to do one thing – put kids first!
