To Prospective Milestone Employees and Families

Hi everyone!

We want to reassure you that we are doing everything possible to provide the best care during these unprecedented times. We take your health and safety seriously and have developed safeguards to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19 during face-to-face treatment sessions across all settings.

In order to provide the best possible care to our patients, the majority of our therapists and staff are working via telehealth and have very limited in-person treatment sessions. Although we wish we could provide more traditional services for our kiddos, it is just not possible due to the current pandemic. As the situation improves, we plan to resume face-to-face treatment sessions.

While we are very excited to see everyone back in schools, clinics and Early Intervention settings, our treatment sessions will look different as we take precautions to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19.  Staff will wear face masks and gloves when appropriate and perform more extensive cleaning. Our patients’ and therapists’ health will continue to be our number one priority.

We are continuously exploring ways to further help potential employees and families. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to our helpful Milestone staff members. Although we couldn’t imagine this pandemic and the limitations that come with it, we will continue to do the best we can and will emerge stronger than ever.
